When organizing a hike as an organizer I want to know if the participant has any No Shows on their profile. This information should be front and center on the profile page as it's very important information. Currently I have to go look at their reviews and it's not always possible to find a "No Show" review a few hikes deep.
Suggestions: (I am willing to implement these if necessary)
Show the total number of No Shows on their profile.
If they have a No Show on their profile within the last 8 weeks, then that should be visible on the participant list somewhere so that organizers can allow others who are in the waiting list to join the hike ahead of them(which should reward participants with No show and also discourage people from canceling last minute).
