Improve Search for isitfedoraruby

This improves the search feature for isitfedoraruby and adds a message when no gems are found.

Features:

• Makes searching "lazier"
  • "tho" matches "thor"
  • "o" matches "thor"
• Sorts all matches by relevance
• Adds a message when no gems are found

Coming in the future:

• a "did you mean?" feature.
  • will most likely use levenshtein's algorithm
