I notice that you had the MIT license selected. I suspect this was just the default, and I changed it to BSD 2-clause to be uniform with the rest of SciRuby, but if you've got a reason you like MIT better, we can change it back.
I also added the Ruby Science Foundation to the copyright. It's still your piece of software -- I want to emphasize that. The copyright just enables us to apply uniform standards across all of the projects under our umbrella. If you really don't want to change it, I understand. I can also explain more if you like.
