CursorSize cannot work even if changed it from regedit #665

1. What version of Python(x,y) have you installed?
Python(x,y) 2.7.3.1   Python 2.7.3

2. Which components have you installed (Python(x,y) installer:

c. Have you selected manually plugins in the component list?

3. Have you selected the option "Customize installation directories"? a
a. Yes
b. No

4. If the answer to 3. is yes, what installation directories have you
chosen?
    Python27: C:\Program Files (x86)\Python27

5. Where did you install Python(x,y) itself? b (Pythonxy: C:\Program Files 
(x86)\pythonxy)
a. default path
b. custom path, which one?

6. Have you installed Python(x,y): b
    a. For "Current user only"
    b. For "All users"

7. What is your operating system? c
a. Windows XP
b. Windows Vista

8. Is the operating system 64 bit? a

9. When you installed Python(x,y), were you logged in as : a

computer was reinstalled yesterday, and nothing related python was installed 
before I install python(x,y))

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'v changed the CursorSize about Command Line from Regeidt, and it works
2. I open an cmd, and input python and enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output:
CursorSize would be as before

Actual Result:
CursorSize will be reset to default size
