Enhancement: ODSS status in a status box

It would be good to have a status box which shows any ongoing issues with the 
ODSS including any data not coming thru. One template for this is the 
transmitter status on the Public TV/Radio station I subscribe to:

http://www.kqed.org/tv/schedules/daily/

on the left hand side.

This was triggered by my interaction with Mike M about some tracks (Dorado and 
Zephyr at different times) not showing up for different reasons. Instead of my 
having to bug Mike (or anyone else) if a simple phrase or text msg. was our 
there, it might help me with the situational awareness of the ODSS itself.
