Dropdown detaches from input on scroll #1068

Describe the bug

The Dropdown of input "Spellchecker Languages" gets detached from the input on scroll.

To Reproduce

Open Zulip Desktop App
Open settings
Click on Enter Language input corresponding to the label Spellchecker Languages
Scroll up/down on the active window.

This is may be an issue of tagify. Can see the same detachment issue in tagify examples (link: https://yaireo.github.io/tagify/)
