Alt+Shifts opens upper menu instead of switching keyboard layout #956

- [x] Linux/Ubuntu (KDE Neon, based on Ubuntu 18.04)
- [ ] macOS
Clear steps to reproduce the issue: 1.Run application 2.Choose any chat or stream by clicking on it 3.Put cursor to message entry window 4.Press Alt+Shift

I remember we did fix this but looks like it's back due to recent updates in the electron. We'll wait for upstream to fix this (will also look if we can make it work temporarily). Seems like all the electron-based apps having this issue.

I faced with the issue on Zulip v5.4.2 and Postman v7.30.1 My workaround on Linux: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/22213#issuecomment-681831167
