Use the same `@` symbol everywhere #22816

As discussed on CZO, we have @ icons appearing in several places in the app:

We should use the same icon in all these places. Specifically, as described here, we should try using the 1 px stroke at-sign from https://feathericons.com/?query=at-sign (icon: at-sign).

@terpimost could you please specify the dimensions for all the places where you have specific guidance?
