Clicking on a channel pill should show channel info

In the settings UI, clicking on a user or group pill shows an info card for that user/group. We should show an info card when the user clicks on a channel pill as well (e.g., in the UI for adding subscribers to a channel).

The card should have:

• The channel privacy icon + title (formatted as in the left sidebar menu)
• The channel description.
• A "Channel settings" link.

We can try using the same width as for user cards.
