Clicking on a channel pill should show channel info #30567

In the settings UI, clicking on a user or group pill shows an info card for that user/group. We should show an info card when the user clicks on a channel pill as well (e.g., in the UI for adding subscribers to a channel).

The card should have:

We can try using the same width as for user cards.
