Error in GeoCode result #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. GeoCoding certain areas particularly in the Southern & Fremantle, WA, 
Australia

1st error is located at line 220 in the attached XML file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is the error that is thrown:

Whitespace is not allowed at this location.
