ZuZweit: Metadata Cross Quantification does not work for all parameter #127

Some parameters are ignored during quantification, e.g. E:ForscherIn for AD--

The same for Inhalt (Themen) and Inhalt (Beschreibung).

These parameters are missing in _QUANT.xml-files because "quantify" is set to "false" in MetadataSelection.xml. @Henrike: Would it be better to take these parameters out of the ZuZweit parameter list? Alternative we can set "quantify" to "true" in MetadataSelection.xml for ZuMult. The last suggestion is the quickest and easiest way, but it only makes sense if quantification according to these parameters is desired. If not, it is better to delete them from the parameter list in ZuZweit. In this case the REST-API should also be changed accordingly.

"Themen" is an open, not standardized list of topics, "Beschreibung" a short description in continuous text (i.e. not quantifiable at all), so both should remain set to "false". Therefore, deleting these parameters out of the ZuZweit parameter list is reasonable.
