Rethink/revise/refactor configuration #155

As ZuMult instances (hopefully) multiply, and each needs its own configuration(s), we might think about (1) refactoring Configuration.java (because it is a bit messy) and (2) stop keeping all possible configurations in a single XML with most of them commented out

One more idea: Keep different configurations in a dedicated /conf folder
