Add another type of "slot" for territory markers. This should be called Resources Slots. It should determine the number of resource bundles that can be built at a territory.
The resource bundles should store a single type of resource - Copper, Elm Wood, Sand, etc. Players "build" it like normal construction works, but receive no XP. Once built, the players can retrieve the units by accessing the structure.
The intention is to help players have a place to store resources to lighten their inventory, while not giving them access to a bunch of persistent storage for any kind of item.
