Pre-assigned hot bar items don't work #74

The survival knife and the basic hammer new players get are added to the hot bar on entry. However, they cannot be immediately used (i.e equipped).

Seems to be a bug with the NWNX code. I'll report it to them, but noting it here as well.

Commented this out until it gets fixed. Will readd at a later date.
