'Korriban - Starport' Area Facelift

Extensive facelift of the Korriban - Starport area. erf: korribanlandingp_fermion.zip

Enhanced area lighting. Added per-tile lighting. Illuminated a few dark spots with NPC item glow.
Many static placeables added. Some adjusted.
Crafting area reimagined.
Landing pad, now with 90% more Twi'lek Welder.
NPC one-liners, scaling and waypoint walking added through script. Can be used for any future NPCs.
Renamed Dockhands to Crew Chief and gave unique alien appearances.
Added gonk droid and survey droid that wander the area doing their jobs. Mouse droid as bonus.
Added smug Sith Archaeologist NPC.
Gave Researcher Nather a face and unique description.
Added a few Elite Sith Troopers as guards.
Cookpot reskinned to futuristic grill.
Sounds. Bleeps, bloops, whirrs... beautiful Star Wars sounds. No 'gonk' yet... but soon.
