Standardized buy/sell prices for NPC merchants.

You need to update instances across the entire module too. Otherwise these changes won't be reflected.

Please be sure you're testing these PRs.

Sorry about that, forgot to update instances and was such a minor change I didn't think to test lol The other PR's have already been tested. This one's been fixed and tested now too.
