Add packages for Cascadia Code Nerd Fonts #21

"Cascadia Code NF" and "Cascadia Code Mono NF" were added to the Cascadia Code font family in the most recent release. Would be nice to see packages for both of those published to Chocolatey and added to the cascadiafonts package.

Oooh, good call. I didn't even notice that in the release notes. I'll try to add the code for these before the next release.
