I don't know...

OTOH, you can use the mirror provided by AlienBob MIRRORPLUS['slackpkgplus']=https://slackware.nl/slackpkgplus/

For the record, this repository only provides the slackpkgplus package, so since it is already installed and slakfinder remains down (so there will probably be no updates) commenting or changing the mirror will provide the same behavior.

I never keep that repo enabled anyway since I do my own manual slackpkg+ updates once in a while (and also there haven't been any in some months).

Also Alien Bob discusses this, and has created his own slakfinder repo: https://alien.slackbook.org/blog/mirror-for-slackpkg-and-slakfinder/
