There is an option in slackpkgplus.conf to set priorities:
slackpkgplus.conf
PKGS_PRIORITY=( slackware64 slackers alienbob )
However, there is no support for adding SBo packages to that priority list:
SBo
PKGS_PRIORITY=( slackware64 SBO:libmediainfo slackers alienbob )
Running slackpkg upgrade-all will still prompt to install slackers:libmediainfo even though SBO:libmediainfo is installed in the system.
slackpkg upgrade-all
slackers:libmediainfo
SBO:libmediainfo
I also have SEARCH_SBO=on and SBO['15.0']=https://www.slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/15.0/.

SBO['15.0']=https://www.slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/15.0/
