能否封装一下PHP-CPP这个项目的数据结构 #3

https://github.com/CopernicaMarketingSoftware/PHP-CPP pni转到C去操作php的数据结构 ，因为这些数据结构没有api操作难以使用，能否封装一下 别人实现好的数据结构，这样只需要 编写 C/C++ 代码，包含头文件就可以了
