[Docs] 404 on grid templates and wrong links #714

The link to grid templates is wrong here: http://foundation.zurb.com/apps/docs/#!/grid It leads to: http://foundation.zurb.com/apps/resources.html But should be: http://foundation.zurb.com/apps/page-templates.html

Also all template demos link to "404: PAGE NOT FOUND"
