Updated gulp-sass in order to build foundation-apps out of the box #809

The gulp-sass version was 1.3 which had a bug where it didn't find lib-sass dependency libsass bindings not found

There was an issue that was created by the way the sass code for the text alignment utilities. It compiled the left alignment in all the breakpoints, then the right alignment in all the breakpoints, and so on.
