Fixing the centering of the bullets to go along with the orbit-bullet-wrap

Thanks for the commit cpres, this is something that we needed to fix.

I added an option (on my default) in our next release branch that centers the bullets with js. We wanted to keep the bullets position absolute so that they don't get in the way of other elements below the slider: a4c31217f3b723b09a8d0504fc9104ccf8d6c297
