This may be of use to someone needing to use transparent slides (currently, slides would overlay each other).
I edited the minified version of the script (not ideal I'm sure, and slate me all you want, but it fixed my issue!).
I went as far as adding opacity transitions for each slide for the HORIZONTAL-SLIDE setting ONLY. There is also an extra parameter, fadeoutSpeed.
