library has been completed by myself and Patoski-patoski and sent to Adetayo to push and merge to the main repo to avoid conflicts , just CDN left to wrap things up.We have over 45 animations and we are also working on adding more animations to it. Thank you.

Patrick and Blessing created a CSS Library. We minified and linked the CSS animation to their unique class names. It was ran successfully
