Workspace [Work In Progress] #18

This adds the content and style of the dashboard's workspace page. (Frontend)

The workspace page is the page the user is redirected to after a successful sign in into the application.

On this page, the user will be able to perform operations like;

Upload CSV or Excel files.
Analyze and compare the contents of Excel files.
Save and download operations.

Effected the issue stated in #4.
