For the Google doc, I wrote the reaserch background, helped to rewrite the problem statement, research objectives and questions. Also transferred the screener survey to the Google form and helped in the distribution. And also helped to rewrite the interview questions.
This rewrite was necessary to maintain consistency and stick with the project goal.
For the Figjam file, After conducting the research with 4 participants, I analysed 3 recordings and created the empathy map. Then I listed out some painpoints and when to the brainstorming sectionand listed about 10 or more ideas.
Later I rearranged the board and did the idea prioritizaion, thereby highlighting 5 features that was implicated.
This was necessary because asides implementing the compulsory features on the cc_gen doc, we wanted to provide minimum features that will leave the site user centric.

All this was necessary to achieve consistency and make sure we meet the deadline.
Lastly, I created the presentation slide used for the first presentation and recorded myself presenting on behalf of the team.
