I worked with the team to brainstorm and research competing products in the industry. I analyzed various websites like animate.css, anime.js, particles.js, animista, lottiefiles, mo.js, etc. I did a competitive analysis comparing the user interfaces and features of these websites. I also helped with the user persona and idea prioritization matrix. I and the team were able to work on research and brainstorm. For the competitive analysis, I looked through one of the websites (LottieFlies), I was able to identify the functions of the website. I worked on some of the users' pain points, features, research objectives, and also conceptualize the brand color.
