Fixed DM basic functions

Description

This PR adds the basic Functions in DM

Changes Made and/or Features added/removed

• Uncommented out DMs in NavBar
• Commented Out status in Organizational Model because it causes a cast error -Included basic DM functions (UI) still needs fixes
