Forgot password -- OTP #585

As a user, I want to be able to receive OTP (One Time Password) when retrieving my password for added security.

This is a design of the OTP page, it houses the input box for the user to enter the password. it also links the OTP page with the Homeview

Procedure for testing:

enter the password and you can also delete to check the implementation of the focusnode
click on continue to enter the homepage
