implemented and tested the service for profile picture upload #875

I wrote the media service and also the post request to post the picture on the server.. I also wrote the unit test for the media service and it passed.. I worked on the API service too for making sure the post request works

Great job so far, Please Fix the issue from flutter analyzer and upload a video instead.

Why the commented codes on the test file?

Nice, but could you upload also upload a video showing the image being uploaded🙏🏽
