Found small lint errors in report and utils and removed them.
Some organizations lint errors were not removed because it will affect Irene's task and mine. Will remove it after our tasks have been reviewed.
Other directories can now be removed from that skip dirs, so that the lint action can catch errors forcing people to follow lint rules.
