What does this PR do? Made github message page responsive for mobile, tablet, desktop view

Fixes #485

Describe (in detail) what the task completed in the pull request does as per the relevant task Made github message page responsive for mobile, tablet, desktop view and deleted unused svg images from github assets and routed the page from the github authentication page
