Zuri plugin tools spa #511

Made the following changes

  1. I added a new section called work from home
  2. I spread the application reasonable across all the sections
  3. I put the right images to Hubspot application
  4. I added the filter functionality to show applications from "Work from Home" in the home page filter section
  5. I also changed the description been shown in the card of the tools directory from normal description to one of the categories the app is under
