feat: create privacy policy page #42

Fixes Issue/Linear Ticket

This could be an existing issue or a linear ticket -My PR Closes #9

Changes proposed

I have created the privacy policy page. I broke them into small components for each section and also added colour to the config colours. I also made the sidebar click to display each section (Though this needs some cleaning up)
