Docs: Create initial `docs` directory and content #15

Created initial docs directory and added basic documentation. I tried to group together similar categories such as getting started, guides and middleware support. I would be happy to revise the content or make any further adjustments as needed.

@dai-shi thank you! I agree, it would be better to add an index number in the file names to sort them. I added a new commit to address it.
