该参数见于 
Config.ini，经查代码所得是在验证用户名时写入，对应变量为 
m_bCernet。
查遍代码无法得知此参数作用，也没有找到相关说明。

应该是赛尔认证标志吧

偶明白了，怪不得 Linux 
版组播地址参数有“标准”、“锐捷”、“赛尔”三种，而 
Windows 版组播地址选项只有“标准”、“私有”两种。
话说这个 Windows 
版代码也未免混乱了一点，貌似非一人之所为。
