What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.安装后运行
2.认证通过
3.发送心跳包以保持在线
4.Network is unreachable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

只管认证不管上网，认证成功无法上网是网络连接设为问题
