Project architecture and core functionality

• Establishing a final project architecture (several modules already implemented)
• Including functionality such as program-to-xmlAST (and vice versa) using srcML, extracting relevant statements from the program, AST manipulation (replace/insert/delete), generating repaired (initially faulty) .java file based on provided Patches, data structures for Population/Individual/Patch/Bug/Statements..., handling GZoltar output and mapping detected faulty lines into actual statements, handling initial input for setting up the GA environment , initial JUnit setup
