Can custom sections be added to conda recipe foir whl2conda? #106

Determine if sections can be added to a conda recipe for use by whl2conda without breaking conda build.

I added a whl2conda top-level section to a conda recipe and conda build simply ignored it so it seems it is ok.

It should definitely be allowed to add stuff to the extra section, but that would be expected to end up in the metadata.
