Bump slop version to use with new version of pry #6

@zverok Could you take a look on this change? I checked, it works well with slop 3.6.0. I need need to use this gem in my app, so could you make it release?

If you couldn't maintenance this gem more, you could let me handle. Or allow me fork to another gem to make it update.

Merged and pushed 0.0.4 to RubyGems, thanks. To be honest, slop dependency should be removed completely (for gem targeting library usage it is bad to depend on it). But this change, as well of ton other useful ideas, is stuck with me being busy with other projects :( I don't need this gem in my daily work anymore, and can't find enough time to work on it.
