It looks like celovote still uses old version of celo sdks. If the project is maintained these should be upgraded.

Else I suspect CeloTerminal, Celo Mondo or StakeCelo could be alternatives for people to use

I think the web app will probably no longer get updates at this point. It is quite difficult to maintain this as is and now there are better alternatives.
