2 months ago I think the web app will probably no longer get updates at this point. It is quite difficult to maintain this as is and now there are better alternatives.

It looks like celovote still uses old version of celo sdks. If the project is maintained these should be upgraded.
Else I suspect CeloTerminal, Celo Mondo or StakeCelo could be alternatives for people to use
