Unable to Start Amua #64

I have downloaded Amua an Java and still I'm running into issues with starting the software. I'm opening with Java(TM) Platform SE Binary. Usually after clicking a black control panel screen shows up and then disappears.

Any assistance on this issue would be appreciated.

Usually you can just double-click the Amua jar and it should open - you shouldn't have to first open the Java binary.

Can you let me know:

What version of Java you are using?
What operating system you are on?
What happens when you double-click the Amua jar?
If that doesn't work, can you can open Amua via the command line?

Hi To address each of you questions:

Im using the most recent version of Java (Downloaded today) -Windows
A black command prompt looking screen flashes ( quickly screen shotted this below)

-I have tried opening Amua via command line with no success.

Do you have any messages when trying the command line? You could also try with javaw instead of java (have a look at http://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html)

I have downloaded jarfix, ran it then tried loading Amua and it worked. Thank you!
