The dimmer is being identified as the gen4 MCO dimmer - https://devices.zwave-js.io/?jumpTo=0x015f:0x220a:0x1352:0.0 & https://products.z-wavealliance.org/products/940?selectedFrequencyId=-1

It is actually a zipato mh-p210, a gen4 zwave device mh-p210-Zipato-Mini-Energy-Dimmer-User-Manual-v1.0.pdf

The gen5 zipato dimmer (mh-p220) is in the zwave js config dB - https://devices.zwave-js.io/?jumpTo=0x0131:0x220a:0x1352:0.0

The configs look very different from from the MCO vs the Zipato and the config options drice erratic behaviour in the lights. I have taken the gen5 zipato config and modified for the gen4 mh-p210.txt

hoping that helps so i can properly ID the zipato dimmers.

When you say

identified as the gen4 MCO dimmer

do you mean in Z-Wave JS? Because we don't have any device entry for the IDs you posted, so I would expect it not to be identified at all.

Can you share a node dump of your device or (if using zwavejs2mqtt) the device ID shown there: image
