Add channel 3 to background RSSI chart on Long Range regions #3669

ZW Long Range works using a 4th RF channel (no. 3). The background RSSI readings from node-zwave-js contain information for this channel when the controller is operating in ZWLR mode. The chart on the network map should include the additional channel in this case.
