Kickreasons.txt can't be found

Describe the bug kickreasons.txt kann nicht gefunden werden beim kicken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Lösche / Entferne die Datei "Kickreasons.txt"
2. Kicke einen Client ohne einen Reason anzugeben

Expected behavior Der Client wird gekickt ohne eine reason, da keine zufällig von der Datei gelesen werden kann
