After Update to OS 2024.1.3 - "entities loaded" #31

After OS update 2024.1.3, my entities could not be loaded. I think I am up to date. Please find Screenshots attached. Many thanks in advance for you support. BR Andy

I fixed the issue bei deleting my machine -> Restart HA -> HACS Download again LaMarzocco -> Restart HA -> Install Integration
