Feature: add a command line tool to launch coordinators #10

Expand on the idea of idLaunch. Instead, we'd have 

launch indesign
launch myowncoordinator

to retrieve the coordinator from config.ini and launch it.

Note: idLaunch is quite powerful. It will consult the config.ini and launch the configured version of InDesign or InDesign Server.

If it needs to launch InDesign desktop it will also launch an AppleScript or VBScript that keeps triggering the Tightener timeslicer so Tightener does not lock up when InDesign desktop is in the background.
