Idea: support 'pay-per-run' scripts #24

What if one could allow people to run scripts they don't have, and have them pay-per-use?

An end-user could purchase a bunch of runs (e.g. 10, 100,...) of a script, and Tightener could handle the running of the script on the end-user's computer without ever copying the script file to the end-user's computer.

A recurring issue for people writing scripts is that our target end-users are not often the people that also hold the purse strings, and they cannot decide on the purchase of a script for multiple $10 or $100.

But if we could offer pay-per-run at a very low cost, that might open new possibilities. If they could purchase, say, 10 script runs for a few $ that might be enough to allow them to do their job without needing to request a budget.
