Stucked by <!-- ...> <! --> #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There is a demo page like:

<html>
<head>
  <title>Script test</title>
</head>
<body>
  <div>
    Script test
  </div>
  <script type="text/javascript">
    <!--[if IE]>
        alert('Hello');
    <![endif]-->
  </script>
</body>
</html>

2. When the script code is executed by PyV8, an error occured, it says 
"SyntaxError: Unexpected token < (  @ 5 : 4 )  ->     <![endif]-->".

3. Why?
